Guarantee of reservations and cancellations policy

1/ Our hotel has very few rooms, we only accept properly guaranteed reservations. 2/ All the reservations will be confirmed as maximum during the 48 following hours to be made by means of two systems: a) Reservation prepayment by bank transfer to our account BANCO BANESTO, Titular: GESTIO SERVEIS INMOBILIARIS i HOSTELERIA, SL. 0030-2506-60-00000-23271 b) By a credit card number and expiry date as a guarantee 3/ The reservation will include as minimum the following data: a) Name of the person who will make the reservation b) I.D. number c) Telephone number d) Room type and number of people e) Check-in date and check-out date f) Reservation form of guarantee according to the second section g) Optionally e-mail or fax number so we can confirm your booking 4/ Penalization politics for cancellations, non showing up, or variations once made the check-in, or entrance to the hotel: a) During Low and Medium Season:The amount of one night like penalization, for cancellations not made at at minimum 48 previous hours to the arrival day. b) During High Season,June ,July, August and Spanish Bank Holidays:The minimum amount of one night for cancellations with less than 7 days ( one week) of advance to the day of arrival.
